Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
How does the custom jewelry process work?
- Initial Quote: Tell us what you’re envisioning — sharing an inspirational image always helps! Based on your request, we’ll provide an approximate quote.
To begin the design process, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit is applied towards the final cost of your piece. Please note that if you choose not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and labor involved in creating your CAD design. - CAD Design: Our design team will create your initial CAD model within 7 business days. This 3D rendering allows you to see your piece from every angle before it’s brought to life.
- CAD Revisions & Approval: We include CAD revisions in the total cost - we want to make sure that you love it. We’ll make any adjustments needed until you’re completely happy with the design before approval.
- Final Quote & Payment: Once the CAD design is approved, you’ll receive a finalized quote. At this stage, full payment is required before we begin production.
- Production & Delivery: Your custom piece will be expertly crafted within 3–4 weeks. Once completed, it will be shipped with tracking provided.
Do you offer diamond certificates?
All of our diamonds are either IGI or GIA certified and always come with a certificate, either physicial or digitial.
Do you offer price matching?
We proudly offer price matching on loose diamonds and gemstones when matched by certificate number. We also provide price matching on identical ring designs created through our Ring Builder.

Warranty & Care
One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty of Craftsmanship
Every HAVA Fine Jewelry piece is thoughtfully designed, expertly manufactured, and carefully inspected before leaving our studio.
We offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship that are the direct result of the original manufacturing process, under normal wear and proper care.
If a manufacturing-related issue arises within the first year, HAVA Fine Jewelry will repair the piece at no cost to you.
This manufacturer’s warranty may include, but is not limited to:
• Structural or integrity issues related to original fabrication
• Prongs or settings that fail due to manufacturing workmanship
• Manufacturing-related stone setting defects
• Clasp, hinge, or soldering failures caused by the original construction
All warranty claims are evaluated by our jewelers upon inspection to determine whether the issue is manufacturing-related. Coverage is determined at our discretion following evaluation.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
• Scratches, dents, bent prongs, or metal distortion caused by impact
• Loss, theft, or disappearance of the piece
• Loss of the center stone, regardless of cause
• Damage to or loss of stones due to impact, improper wear, or lack of maintenance
• Any resizing, repair, or alteration performed by a jeweler other than HAVA Fine Jewelry (which will void the warranty)
For any issue determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, we are happy to assist with repairs whenever possible and will provide a clear estimate before proceeding.
Appraisal Process
All HAVA Fine Jewelry engagement rings include a complimentary professional appraisal prepared for insurance purposes.
Your appraisal reflects the details and value of your ring at the time of purchase and can be used to secure jewelry insurance coverage. Appraisals are typically provided digitally and included with your final documentation.
Please note that appraisals are intended for insurance replacement value and may differ from the original purchase price.
Insurance Recommendations
Fine jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, but accidents and loss can happen. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your jewelry once you receive it.
We recommend Jewelers Mutual, a trusted provider that specializes exclusively in jewelry insurance. Their policies can cover:
• Loss or theft
• Accidental damage
• Worldwide travel coverage
Jewelry insurance is typically an annual policy and generally costs approximately 1–2% of the appraised value per year. Coverage can be started or canceled at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available but will come with a shipping fee that is applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock items will ship within 3 days of purchase date. All items are shipped with complimentary insured priority shipping.
Made-to-order pieces typically take approximately 3-4 weeks for production. Please allow 4-6 weeks from purchase date or date of CAD approval to receive your item.
What is your return policy?
Because many of our pieces are thoughtfully created just for you, custom, resized, and made-to-order items are final sale. We take great care in crafting every piece to the highest standards and truly appreciate the trust you place in us. Our goal is to deliver jewelry you’ll love and cherish for years to come.
We accept returns on eligible in-stock, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in unaltered and returned in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, email us at info@havafinejewelry.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the process. For international returns, we will provide you with the return address details.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
