Before meeting with us, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire on our Begin your Bespoke Piece, where you can tell us a little about what you’re looking for, your preferences, and your vision. From there, a member of the HAVA FINE team will personally reach out to guide you through the next steps and prepare for your consultation.
During your complimentary 1:1 consultation, we’ll talk through your vision in more detail, from diamond shapes and sizing to setting styles, budget, and all the little details that will make the piece yours. Whether you know exactly what you want or are still figuring it out, we’ll guide you through each decision and help bring your ideas together.
From there, we’ll curate diamond options around what you’re looking for and walk you through each one so you can choose with confidence. Once your stone is selected, we’ll bring the rest of the design together through a detailed 3D rendering, refining everything with you before production begins.
If you’d like to see the proportions in person first, we can also create a wax model of your design and ship it to you upon request. Once everything feels right, your piece moves into production.
Approximately 5–7 weeks from your invoice date, your finished piece will arrive at your door, ready to become part of your story.
And while the creation process ends there, our relationship doesn’t. Your piece may also become part of our Bespoke Gallery, a collection of HAVA designs created in collaboration with our clients.
